Anxiety affirmation

 

I will learn the lessons of my past.

I will not change the past into the present.

I will not think about my future.

 

There will be a pause in everything.

 

I will be in the now.

I will not stop the force.

This is test.

I repeat, this a painful test.

I will make a change.

I will adhere to the madness that is the concept of time.

I will keep my dignity.

I will accept it,

I will acce– I will have to accept it.

I will do so to function. I will do so to survive.

I will try to function

I am trying to survive.
